About this resource

This set of postcards is targeted at young people, and is designed as part of a campaign to promote alcohol abstinence during pregnancy.

There are three postcards in this set, each features a positive key message relating to healthy pregnancies:

  • Be Alcohol-Free This Pregnancy - The reverse of this postcard offers a short personal letter of support that can be given to a pregnant person
  • Our Healthy Baby Begins With Us - The reverse of this postcard offers ideas for how to support your pregnant partner to be alcohol-free during pregnancy
  • Pregnancy + Alcohol Don't Mix - The reverse of this postcard offers a short personal letter of support that can be given to a pregnant person
