Brief Intervention Masterclass

About this training

We deliver this interactive training face to face at your workplace across Tasmania.

Participants will have the chance to further develop their skills in Brief Interventions and gain a deeper understanding of the Stages of Change theory and the processes that sit behind the model. It is intended for those working in client facing roles, where there is an extended period of engagement with each client (i.e. at least 6 months).

This masterclass builds on the Brief Intervention Foundation course, with an additional two hours dedicated to exploring the processes of change underlying the Stages of Change model. It also provides an opportunity to reflect on the strengths and areas for improvement in your current workplace practices.

If participants have already completed the Brief Intervention Foundation training or have a current working knowledge of the Stages of Change, this masterclass will run for 2 hours.

If participants are undertaking the foundational and masterclass combined, this session will run for 6 hours, including a 30-minute break.

We can accommodate up to 25 people per session.
